Something I Miss

I miss when I was younger in middle school and I didn’t have a care in the world. I would miss a lot of school just to go and ride my BMX with my friend cause I didn’t really have to take school all that serious, I mean it was just middle school. It probably sounds cooler than it was cause I know I would find myself bored much of the time. After all I didn’t really have money for things other than food, so I’d just ride to the mall to just walk around with my friends. Also I use to get on xbox and play with all my friends for like 8 hours at a time. We’d play things like Halo and Modern warfare 2. I still do play xbox occasionally but you cant really play with all your friends because of things like work and school, and everyone tends to be busy and on different schedules. I also miss the simple fact that when you’re that young you feel like you can do and become anything you want. I am still young so my options are open but it does feel a little late and unrealistic to try and become a professional athlete or something along those lines. Also when summertime would come I’d feel like I had all the time in the world to do, well pretty much nothing, but that was fine because as long as I can go horse around and ride my BMX I was content.
